Great hotel with great wi-fi, a cute bar lounge area, and a helpful 24-hour reception. I remember the staff finding my lost bracelet during my first stay. I'm excited to return for Christmas!

I got complimentary a double room on the level below check in as an upgrade, nice gesture. Air conditioning and a storage space were useful. The breakfast was above average, the check in was easy...

The hotel was fully equipped, it had HARD-WORKING staff at the reception desk 15 minutes before even being acknowledge by the manager. The breakfast was above average and well prepared, had lots of options and the food was good. The venue was in a comfy position near public areas, the restaurant and lounge, and a captive market. I ate in the in-house restaurant nearby.

Everything here was exceptional, and the weather was pleasant, enjoyed it. The staff was accommodating, provided a quick check-in and a late check-out. The view from our double room was particularly good. The location was easy, even in public areas with easy access to shops and supermarkets. The food at the in-house restaurant was delicious.

Our experience in this hotel has been excellent! The room is super spacious, it even has a sofa and a small table and it fits everything very well! It has windows that look out onto a patio, controllable air conditioning, a kettle. and if you are missing something they give it to you at reception. If you eat there, the dinner is very good and totally corresponding to the price, even cheap for what it is. Breakfast is the same, cheaper than other hotels and better. The last morning we could not have breakfast there and they prepared us breakfast with several pieces of fruit, water, yogurt and sandwiches for us to take them very early. There is a free spa for those who are staying, a gift after a long day of walking! . We were able to print the plane tickets there, and the staff was super friendly and helpful all the way. Cheers!

Staff were excellent, as were the facilities. Outstanding value for money (£40 through Booked.net) and we were even upgraded to an Executive room.
Minor issue with thermostats (room and shower) but the staff got on with resolving problem straight away.

good staff, made the stay easy
Small amount of rubbish in the My room's wastebin had rubbish in it. Barman did not warm my Cognac glass before serving - unforgiveable, and I had to pay for WiFi - annoying, money-grubbing pettiness; come on guys it's 2013 for Chrissakes!

The location was ideal. Very close to the University of Surrey. I thought the room was clean and comfortable. The Internet access was very easy, however is does cost extra. Tv comes with about 20 channels which were more than adequate. They do have additional pay per view packages available but I didn't select any so I can't speak to their variety or content. They do have a restaurant and I ate their one night. I thought the food and service were good. The front desk staff were very friendly and gave several excellent dinner recommendations. Overall I was happy with my stay at this hotel.
The only complaint I have is that they have a mini fridge in the room. I drank 2 waters and the fridge was not restocked during my 4 day stay at the hotel. Easy fix.
